DMCA Policy

Last Updated: March 2026

Interior Art Live respects the intellectual property rights of others. We expect our users and contributors to do the same. This policy outlines our procedures for addressing alleged copyright infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

As a press hub dedicated to interior design, furniture trends, and home decor, we understand the value of original artistry and unique creative works. We are committed to protecting the rights of copyright holders and ensuring that content on our site respects these legal boundaries.

Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you believe that content available on Interior Art Live infringes your copyright, you may send us a formal DMCA takedown notice. Your notice must be in writing and include all the elements specified below. Sending a complete notice helps us address your concerns quickly.

To be effective, your DMCA notice must contain the following:

  • A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or a representative list of such works if multiple items are covered by one notification.
  • Identification of the material claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity. This must include information reasonably sufficient for us to locate the material, typically a specific URL.
  • Information sufficient to permit us to contact you, such as your address, telephone number, and email address.
  • A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

Please send your complete DMCA takedown notice to our designated agent at [email protected].

Counter-Notification Process

If your content was removed or access disabled due to a DMCA notice, and you believe this was a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. This process allows you to dispute the original claim.

Your counter-notification must be in writing and include the following details:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled. Provide the location where the material appeared before removal or disabling.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  • Your name, address, and telephone number. Include a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district where your address is located, or if outside the United States, for any judicial district where Interior Art Live may be found. You must also state that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification.

Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we will send a copy to the original complaining party. We will then wait ten (10) to fourteen (14) business days. If the original complainant does not inform us that they have filed a court action seeking a court order to restrain the subscriber from engaging in infringing activity, we may restore the removed material. We make content decisions based on the information provided.
